I had a bad experience with rainbow carpet. First off , they overcharged me. I paid $650 for a job that was worth no more than $ 300. (I was told by another carpet store). Secondly, no punctuality, not only they arrived late, 2 hours after the accorded time, but as soon as they set foot in my house they harassed me to make the final payment on the agreement. They said “they store is waiting for you to call to make the payment, they need to close.” I remind you, they had not even started working yet. I wouldn’t recommend.
