Please People don't get Fidelis this Insurance is a waste of time. I been waiting 3 months for a Operation and a MRI. and I was schedule for my Appoitment 1 day before they call saying that the Insurance Denied it. what a nice way to go and treat American People. and in the process of joining the Military. Fidelis is Garbage.

This company is horrible if you have to deal with them through New York State of Health. They do not communicate with each other. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with each of them over the last month. They cannot get transactions posted properly. This is a complete nightmare dealing with them and NYS of Health.

I’m 25 been waiting for an approval for my Teeth all they keep doing is Deny me I can’t get no other insurance 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I have holes in my teeth I need deep cleaning but the fedelis doctor denied me saying I don’t need it. Like how if my mouth is hurting is burning my tooth aches

Horrible health insurance. I'm currently enrolled and paying 100% out of pocket costs for 2 doctors and 1 medication. No help whatsoever from my own health insurance.
