Did your primary equip you with MyChart? If so, you can find out who the dermatologist was by looking at your chart. Either that or call Metro and they can probably let you know by looking at your records they have in their system.

You will be hard pressed to find any insurance that covers implants. Unfortunately most all insurances will not pay for cosmetic surgery, implants are considered cosmetic for some reason. They will probably pay for a crown, bridge, dentures. Your best bet is to call your insurance, inquire about what is and is not covered.

You would actually receive a letter from the New York State Department of Health explaining why you were denied and what to do to alleviate the issue. Metroplus does not make eligibility determinations.
Why is when you the metroplus member,they doctor refuse your medical equipment and medicine ? and you have to appeal they decision.But as soon you drop them like a bad habit. They send you a mail just about every day and you have been approved.
