I go to get my fingerprinting done and the identogo location is nowhere to be found. They scheduled me a new appointment. I’m on my way to this appointment and I see it’s canceled. Very very unprofessional, they have me wasting my time.

From the reviews I was nervous it would be a bad experience. I guess the owner took the feedback to heart. It was pretty quick and totally painless. I scanned the QR code at the door. Had a seat. They checked my ID at the front when it was my time and I went back to a waiting room. Waiting about 5 minutes and was called back. Everyone was professional, kind and even funny. Great experience overall. Thank you!

My guess is that if you make appointment at one location that is where they will have your info. They were able to see my schedule appointment after I log in. A call to them should clarify

Walk Ins get bumped the moment appointments show up. I had an appointment and didn't realize I showed up early and the agents says... We don't do early, please wait outside, so I do not recommend it at all

They fingerprint for so many different things, city and state licensing, federal applications So it's best to contact them or their web site to see the different prices.nys security guard license was like 100 and change but they only get like 15 dollars from that The rest goes to nys
