I recently started carnivore diet so was looking for local butcher shop for high quality meat. Then I found Mad Butcher meat and went their with high expectations. The selection was ok. I got their Rib Eye 5lb packet. When I got back home I started cooking Rib Eye and when I started eating the meat quality was so poor I couldn’t even enjoy at all. I thought probably I cooked frozen that’s why may be it over cooked or something happened. Again next day I let the steaks sits in room temperature then grilled for 125 for medium rare. Same thing. The fat content is very bad quality. You can’t even eat the meat properly it’s very chewy. Even Walmart sale better meats then Mad Butcher Meat. I’m not going back to them again. Very very disappointed. My money wasted totally.

I came in because I had a hard time finding beef heart anywhere. These folks have everything. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. In fact, they not only showed me around personally, but helped me create a budget friendly plan for the exclusion diet I'm on. The store is modern, clean, and well organized. You can even watch the butchers process and pack their items right through the glass window if you want. Such a great experience. I will definitely be back and can't recommend this business enough. Their customer service is simply outstanding.

Amazing selection of meats and very sanitary. Staff was very informative and very easy to talk to. Everyone seemed happy to be there and eager to help in any way. I will be going back again for sure in the future.

Go to the Mad butcher's shop and they have so many options to choose from and you can substitute out up to three items for something else. They have things like steak boneless skinless chicken breast pork chops ribs and tri-tip bacon sausage some frozen veggies potatoes wedges. It's just up to what you want to eat! l hope this helps you
