what days do you give vouchers

Yes... there is eligibility requirements but I believe they are general in nature. I was there yesterday getting a California I.D. voucher and in that short time, I saw two people pick up their vouchers. Great staff, especially Ms. Caroline (sp?); I was in & out in less than 3 min. They also have a 'bundle' of clothes available thru their Bundle of Joy program. Good luck.

I don't know if they do that sort of thing. Social security cards are free, just go down to the office on Power Inn road. The social security office on Arden way would be the best place to go to apply for social security. And the DMV is the place to go for birth certificates.

Just order your birth certificate online, it's about $20, order it at the CA Dept of Vital Statistics gee.

That is what they normally do but they take a lil long because they have a lot of ppl askin the same questions best thing to do is go down to their location and wait in line, But get there really early I expressly advise u to get there early cuz ppl line up early to get their number cuz if im not mistaken its like 52 ppl or sumthn is all they will take an then u either come back later or jus go the next day

They will provide you with resources and if you have children in the home they might provide temporary housing in a motel I believe....give them a call and leave a good contact number when prompted to leave message. Try Sacramento self help housing as well...good luck!

For an id voucher they ask that you have either an EBT card with your name on it or proof of being on ssi. Be there right at 9 am the first few people get vouchers that pay for the whole thing and when they run out of those they give vouchers for reduced fees which is $8 for the CA ID. I dont know if that is good for the NEW CA ID that the state wants everyone to have in the next few years. You will have to ask them when you get there on what there planning to do about those. Hope that helps. I want to say that a medi-cal card will do also but i am not 100% on that if you have one bring it anyway. Basically anything that shows your on some kind of government aid.

Not for sure about Christmas Eve but I know they're closed on Christmas and with the bus passes you got to have an appointment of where you going if you're going to see a doctor a dentist or a lawyer or a probation officer got to have an appointment and you show that to them and they should help you and you have to be on the system Medical social security ga I'll come back one day and put all the information so anybody could know what really goes on over there

Bus passes are available for people who have proof of a medical or legal appointment. You have to be there at 9 am or 12:30 pm to request one.

You should contact 211 to get qn appointment to meet with a case manager. Fracis House Center does not have subsidized housing programs.

The Family Rescue program is a one-week motel stay for folks with children. It is available for application at FHC.

You could go to Francis House they have great resources

They will help you. They dont make appointments its first come first serve i believe they do 15 a day or something like that be there at 9am stand in line they give you a number you go inside wait for them to call you, you give them your proof of ssi and they give you a voucher thats good for 90 days. Dont go early they dont like people going early and waiting there so get there maybe 15 min before 9 to get in the front of the line. They only do 1 service oer person per day. They also help with birth certificates, an hotel vouchers and bus passes. Good luck
