211 WILL NOT PROVIDE IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY HELP AT ALL!! They give you 3 phone numbers to call. 1 is Francis House which is NOT open on weekends & is only open a few hours out of the day. 1 of the other phone numbers was disconnected or maybe also not open on weekends. The last phone number to me to call Francis House. Sacramento DOES NOT care about or take care of REAL homeless people AT ALL. Not even sober single mothers or elderly.
