Is this rest stop a 24-hour stop?

Not sure why it's called a rest stop unless it's because it has a bench to sit on while you wait for the next public bus. Those buses stop running at a certain time of the evening. Its not a rest stop like the ones you see just off of highways when you're traveling. Hope that helps.
