This apartment is not a good place. They are so deceiving. These people frustrated me and took my $200 for nothing. They gave me hope and assured me that I will get an apartment but on the day I came to collect my keys for the unit they said was available for moving in, they told me that I was over qualified and they never ever returned my money. They are scam and not good. Please avoid this property by all cost. Will never advise anyone to come here for any reason because all they will do is give u false hope and then frustrate you

I have had the worse experience I’ve complained about noise and weed smoke for months and they have done nothing. I am in the process of getting a lawyer to sue because I am over it.

I have been living in Overland Gardens with my kids going to like 3 years now, my experience over there have been wonderful. I have had my challenges but the prompt response of the maintenance crew has being awesome. I will not forget to appreciate this wonderful staffs that has giving me strong support and has shown me great empathy whenever i have had any concerns in my apartment, Ms Jacqui will take it upon herself to personally come and check what ever problem you have and will make sure she gets a maintenance person to help you out promptly and Ms Sedina gives us a sense of belonging by remembering everyone names...that's huge having to remember occupants names. Good job! guys and keep it up! God bless you all.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Dirty community loud neighbors and just straight ghetto. The so called maintenance steal things out of your apartment. I do not live hear but my in-laws do and I would not recommend this complex.
