Horrible place and over price. If I can give it zero I would. I'm currently living in this place. My apartment and many other have no working air condition for more than 2 months, while they continue to collect people rent and not even trying to fix the issue. I went to the rental office about a week ago and I found out that there are people who don't have gas for cooking. On top of that, they increased rent by more than $200. God shall punish these people, including both the previous management and current one. It shall not be well with them their generation. A lady who a kid with a health condition and since there is no working air condition in her apartment as well, which is affecting her son's health issues and she have had to take him to the emergency room more than 3 times in a month. This apartment is taking advantage of low income families. God shall punish them.

Moved in about 4 months ago everything went well for the first 2 months until the weather started to get hot, there’s no AC in our apartment building we had sent emails we tried calling we went up to the office to try and talk to somebody but until now nothing has been solved!!! Nobody is doing anything about the ac issue! Imagen having pets and small children that have to be inside of a hot building while the people working in the office sit inside a nice cool area, at this point I don’t know who I can contact to get this issue solved, there are cockroaches mice and balcony doesn’t have a lock that works either!

Wow. Thanks Tenants for the reviews. I am looking around for a new apartment and after reading these horrible reviews, I think I will keep looking. I love Social Media because people will let you know what's going on. Some things you can deal with; however, mice is a deal breaker for me and someone also reported not having locks on their balcony. -No Thanks.

I just moved in February. I heard that they had maintenance issues but hadn’t experienced it myself. Up until March when I noticed my smoke detector kept beeping. Day after day I reported but nothing open until a lady and the maintenance crew did a walk through. Just recently a water bubble that I was told to “not trip about” turned into this massive hole! I went to the leasing office to show m concerns and even give a spare key . I was under the impression that my hole would be taken care of this was Tuesday 5/31 today is June 4th whole I was getting dress pieces of the ceilings started too fall down on me !! I will NEVER and I mean NEVER recommend this place let alone renew my lease. I’ve never had issues with payments or anything but a simple maintenance man coming out to fix a hole is to hard. Management is aware of situation and o was told “that’s not her department to help “ THE WORST EVER !! Do not move here you will have endless maintenance issues along with extra bills that aren’t worth it!!!
