I have seizures and have had a few surgerys on my brain this yr, my review came up and somehow one of my papers was missing. I was in the hospital and im still trying to get this info worked out. The paper was sent after my date was due for review and the suspended my case. My QMB paper is the only thing i need help with bc of just one of these meds is over 6 thousand a month. Its 2 months later and still having problems and cnt get it fixed all over one paper THEY lost somehow. I have filled out 3 other papers including the one online.

One of the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I was approved for food assistance and when I received my EBT card and tried to activate it they had all my information incorrect. I called 3 time and one worker directed my to another department that had nothing to do with the problem and and the other worker took my information and said someone will follow up with me, 10 days later NO ONE FOLLOWED UP. I called back and a worker took my information again and said someone will follow up with me. Then I get an email the next day saying my account has been closed (most likely because I have not been able to activate my EBT card because they entered all my information incorrectly). Thank you Human Resources Department of MD for making this process so easy and for allowing my to be able to feed my children during this difficult time in America. I am so happy that my tax dollars all the years I have worked hard was able to help me at a time that I needed it the most (sarcasm). #DoBetter
