I currently live here and I'm so glad I'm leaving in few days. My apartment is next to the laundry room but unfortunately it's a smoking room to a group of 5 or more every night. I called the leasing office and I was told to call the police. My apartment is the headquarters of mice. The mold in my kitchen and bathroom is another story. My request to put my husband on the lease was rejected, request to have a parking sticker for him was also rejected. I bought another car in my name so my husband could use it but unfortunately I had to choose which car gets a ticket so we sold one. The staffs have a bachelor's degree in being rude and arrogant. Some of the maintenance staffs are really nice. In other words, the place needs a lot of work.

I use to live here when I was little and use to still visit I can say most of these reviews on this place is either lies or due to the fact that there houses are dirty which attracts mice and roaches I lived there for 3+ and never seen a roach or mice nowhere near my apartment I do agree that some of the people in the office are unprofessional but other than that the neighborhood is quiet and chill for the most part

I am living currently here, very disorganized and old apartments, cockroaches, bedbugs, muse and snakes everywhere. Very old kitchen cabinets and equipments . Bathroom is ugly and have water damag . no service unprofessional , disrespectful and rude staff in leasing office especially the Spanish guys and Mr.Ali , for a small maintenance or any issue you need to contact the leasing office more than 3 time and the respond will be negative or very late after follow up , the leasing office have contract and relationship with Refuges agencies to bring the new refugees families to their apartments, when the spend sometime here they are moving from this place , people where they can’t find another places for living due to their criminal background and new refugees families are living in Miple Ridge apartments, this place is not good for children as well because of bad schools. I will leave this place ASAP and I am not recommended you to live here.

I do not live there and glad I don’t. I went for a tour few days ago because I found them online and the pricing seemed amazing, very cheap and utilities included. But once I got there I saw the buildings are all bad looking, the side walks all bad, grass really ugly. And when I went inside that leasing office it look so bad and it smelled. That’s not the worst part, when I got to the apartment I was gonna see, it smelled so bad inside it smelled like wet carpet and mold. There was mold on the brick walls!! The carpet inside the apartment was so bad it moved when you walk, the rooms have no lights, the bathrooms look gross, the kitchen was in bad conditions. I never felt so grossed out and dirty after seeing an apartment I felt sick. Plus the office guy was so rude! He wasn’t professional at all. I could imagine how bad it is living there. I wouldn’t recommend that place to no one!! Don’t even bother the drive to there not worth it. I wish they would give me my gas back lol seriously the worst place I’ve ever seen. I don’t know why they just don’t knock down those buildings. I wish I could rate them zero stars. That’s how bad it is. You know the funny part was that the guy from the leasing office saw the look on my face and still asked me if I like what i saw and i told him no after that he got mad just left the apartment didn’t wait for me and just walked away. I could write forever this place was so bad I have no idea how people live there. Please don’t bother to go there.
