Rude owner. He doesn’t go out of his way to help anyone, and you’re the owner? I never write a bad review but you can easily tell he mistreats his employees and customers and the establishment smells and all equipment are run down. 👎🏽👎🏽

I came to this laundry mat last night and asked the laundry attendant what time will they open, she told me 5 AM. I have been outside in front of this laundry mat since 5 AM. No one is here the laundry mat is locked and I have to be the work in one hour. I got up this morning at 3:30 AM just to make it to this laundromat to wash my clothes for work and for my son to go out of town and no one is here. I stopped coming to this laundry mat a year ago because the wash machines smell really bad and now I’m never coming back. I normally spent $100 in this laundry mat every time I came to do laundry.

The staff is nice with the exception of them not being able to communicate well in English. The machines are always broken and when you ask for help the owner talks to you as if you’re incompetent and what he says goes. He’s very disrespectful and doesn’t communicate well. Today my experience was terrible, I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 7 years before Mr. Lee took over. My machine would not work and the lady who was working didn’t speak English she was walking around the laundromat asking people to interpret what I was saying. It took 10 min to get a piece of paper filled out just to get my $3.25 to put back into the machine to get it to work and it wasn’t working again because there’s a shortage within the machine. So Mr. Lee (complete jackass), walks out and says let me show you how to work the machine....PAUSE!!! I never stated to him that I didn’t know how to work the machine. He assumed that I didn’t know what I was doing. As I tried to explain to him what had happened he’s hoes and grabs the “POLICY FOR USING HIS FACILITY”. He refused to hear what I had to say and stated don’t return. That’s fine with me but I will definitely be reporting his ignorance to the better business bureau. You can’t run a business and treat people as if their stupid just because you can’t comprehend what that person is saying.

Got bedbugs from using this facility! While washing my clothes here, I noticed two bugs in the bottom of the washer while taking my clothes out. I didn't think too much of it. A couple of weeks later, I started waking up with bites and saw a bug crawling across my bed that looked exactly like the ones I had saw in the bottom of the washer. Called an exterminator and was told that I have a bedbug infestation.
