AVOID THESE CONDOS AT ALL COST!!! The board and management are trash. None of them actually help. They're quick to charge fees, but disappear when there are problems or complaints! They spy on your property and take pictures. They look for "violations" that aren't violations. Common sense is too much for them to comprehend. Stupidity is they're expertise. I'm sure they spend time finding ways to extract more money from the property owners. Management thinks that because some people don't understand or speak English fluently that, they can capitalize on that and pocket more money. Point is, if you want a nice place to live, DON'T MOVE HERE!!

New management hasn’t been doing a great job. The grass here looks like it hasn’t been cut in forever. Lots of spiders are creating homes in the grass. Complaints are being acknowledged but actions aren’t being taken. Trash service was recently changed to valet trash to avoid trash being dumped by other neighborhoods and animals opening the bag but after charging each residence $1000+ (on top of our $570+ condo fee being collected monthly) for poor finance options, we’re seeing more animals making a mess on the streets, and trash company aren’t taking all of our trash. I’ve never seen the community going up in flames until the new management came on board. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
