Again, this motel came through for us during a power failure after a storm, again. This Knights Inn has always had very great service at the desk, I've met the owner? Manager? I'm not sure but he was definitely in charge, training a new girl at the desk, while helping all in line check in very quickly. I've seen him outside, directing staff in their duties, and making himself generally available for any customer to speak to. I know there are some age and condition issues here, but none have been enough to take away from the overall satisfaction I have with this hotel. They have always managed to assist me and my family when we've needed a room, which can be twice a month in the summer. One storm lately which sent ALOT of people to hotels, they held a room for me with no deposit, just on my word that I'll show up, when they have been busy and nearing capacity. They held that room for me, and I didn't get there until 10pm. Management didn't have to do that for me, but they did, having every right to ask for payment in advance. THAT kind of service makes me reward those efforts by RETURNING. I will continue to do so.

I have a registered service animal due to epilepsy. Owner tried to tell me regardless of seeing her registration that he didn't believe she was a service dog . And I had to pay 20 a day for her. Showed him proof and he still basically called us liars

Positive: Great cable package. Staff let me check out a few minutes late. Negative: Rooms were a little dingy.

Positive: After reading the negatives reviews I wasn't expecting much for this motel. Surprisingly, my overnight stay there was great. Nice staff and clean, safe, comfortable room. Negative: The king bed was lumpy on one side, but the less used side was comfortable.
