Came here to buy two shirts and wanted to use my freinds and family discount and the lady checking us out was giving attitude about me not knowing the employee ID number. She didn't even offer to do the full name of employee to make it easier. Don't know why Cynthia was giving attitude and being rude when I was nice the whole time.

Great buys on kids shoes and clothes. Around $30-50 for nike shoes for kids. Inexpensive clothing for adults as well. Prices have gone up for sure on the shoes. I noticed some of the refurbished shoes were more than $50 a pair for USED shoes. Overall nice staff. Dressing rooms are open. No bathroom in store.

Dear Nike, When did customer service become non existent. If you dislike your job go work somewhere else. I asked to speak to a manager about a flawed shoe that I ordered from Nike.com to see about possibly getting a discount. The stitching on toe box and rear logo were jacked up/non existent. Instead of the manager coming and telling me her response the employee came back and told me their is nothing they can do but that “ I could return them and leave it at that”. Lol thank you captain obvious. I guess the manager was to busy doing……. to tell me herself.
