New to the community and I have been trying daily to get into contact with an HOA representative for the Grand Cypress Community in Coconut Creek for over THREE WEEKS now. I have tried phone calls almost daily to Lopez, Gomez and Rotenberg and even sent emails and still cannot get a response. This is downright derelict at this point.

Lets just start by saying that if 0 stars were available I would definitely give them that. They don't return calls or emails. They tell you to show up at the location but are only open from 8-4:30pm when people are at work and you just keep getting transfered. I don't know what it is about HOA companies that make them seem so high and mighty. They have ripped up my front sidewalk from 3 weeks ago and the company to replace the sidewalk is no where to be found. BUT during this time they had the nerve to send me a violation notice that 10 pavers are dirty out of the over the 200 I have in front of my house that need to be cleaned. In the picture they sent me shows the complete removal of the sidewalk with sod, concrete they ripped up and haven't cleaned. Still waiting for a call back from this so called Management team to fix what they have broken and need to replace.

Can I leave 1 star? Gloria manages our complex in Pine Island Ridge and she has been an unprofessional nightmare. She has cars towed left and right for literally NO reason. She calls and harrasses people yet shes impossible to get ahold of if you need something.
