I wish I could give 0 stars for this business. I order a simple bridal boutique of babies breath because I don’t like flower, 2 boutonnieres and later my sister call to add A flower corsage. Oh also to make sure the ribbon around the handle was gold. So my sister picks up the flowers while I was at my hair apt getting ready for my wedding. The person who helped my sister didn’t even know we had a balance so she could have walked out without paying but of course she didn’t. She picks me up because we need to make our way to the hotel for my make up apt ( again this is my wedding day) as I keep looking at the boutique I noticed it look like something my kid put together. Not full flowers fall just a mess. I started to cry but thank GOD we found other florist to fix the job. So Monday I called and was told why I didn’t come back etc like it’s my wedding day and why would I trust you to fix something you didn’t get correct the 1st time. They were trying to make it out to be my fault. Wanted to give me 30% when I deserve 100% refund since we did have to pay to have the boutique fixed. Oh yea they forgot to give us a Boutonniere. I do not Recommend this business any 5 star reviews must be family not real customers. Shame one me!!!! This is your work and it’s not about the 50$ it’s about the job of the boutique. Why would I lie about a 50& bouquet and to be honest doesn’t matter how much it cost your work was horrible on his boutique. So shame on you!

Worst. Florist. EVER! I ordered an expensive floral arrangement for a funeral at 11:00 a.m., at 12:10 I called to find out where it was. 40 minutes later Karlia showed up as the burial was taking place with the most pathetic looking plant with broken stem flowers stuck randomly in the dirt. I swear she must have grabbed this thing out of someone's lobby. After all of this she had the nerve to charge me $112 for a $30 plant that did not even resemble what I ordered AND hung up on me when I asked for an adjustment! Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My wife got a basket from this shop and it looked like it was running in the cars back seat for weeks. The basket was all wrinkled and all the chocolate was melted. Look close and you can see. It was all trashed.
