UPDATE!! This year has been a big turn around compared to the several previous years. I've had great volume and pressure and hasn't shut down even once. Still could have come on a month sooner. It's still early but I just wanted to say I'm happy with the improvement. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Every year it's the same bs. During the hottest time of the year I have no water. For the last 2 weeks the water quality has been so poor then I can't even run irrigation for more than 5 minutes without my filter clogging. I pay good money for this and it's a complete rip off. I hope they get this figured out because I have rights to irrigation and I'm not getting what I pay for! Meanwhile I pay astronomical prices for city water to water my garden! What the hell is your problem Grants Pass irrigation district?

It would be cheaper and more reliable just to use city water. They are just not keeping up with their part of the agreement. Time to dissolve it !!State commission votes to disband Sativa Water Board after residents complain And yet again this year the irrigation district is doing what it does every year

Im getting a lawyer , this is theft the way GPID takes money and the water services are not rendered. Your office should be held accountable to your customers.Your office staff is so bothered by my calls, ill be calling Monday morning

This place is an experience. Unfortunately it takes over a year to learn enough about how this agency doesn't work to be able to know the issues this can cause. You are expected to pay for this service even if you don't have the water available for your use. Their system is so bad, I was given the cell phone number for the "Superintendent" to ask about why I was not getting water but was required to pay for it. Instead of talking to me about the reason for my call, he was full of how busy he was and how overpowering the whole area he worked in is. The property has a pipe that brings water to the property, just like city drinking water is delivered. Nothing comes out of that pipe, yet I am taken to have my property attached for not paying for a service I don't get. Nothing comes out of the pipe, I can do whatever to my part of the pipe, but no water. Still, I must pay.

Seams like no water to often but I guess the less the big pumps run the less money for electricity they pay . How about a refund to use for lack of service

I may be wrong but the old pumps created their own electricity, then the damn was taken out and guess who gets to pay for the electricity now. Yep us

It's ridiculous!! We pay more every year and get to use it less and less !! Seems to me we are getting robbed.

Why is the irrigation service unreliable? The fees we pay each year average $50 a month. The additional cost isn't much if any different than city water would be for watering. They maintain their equipment within their budget. Why can't GO Irrig.?

I live off Rogue River Highway and they have yet to turn the water on where I live they tell me daily it'll be turned on by noon time I've heard that since the 15th of the month they turned it all on I don't know who's running it but they don't seem to care about keeping their word or simply doing a good job I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to pick up my check
