No parking for residents and you have to pay duck s*** everywhere lack of knowledge from maintenance crew building exterior is dirty,outdated appliances,rust fixtures it's not worth the price tag

I don't even live here (yet) But I spoke to Wanda on the phone and her customer service was AMAZING. She explained everything from the application process to the move-in costs. She was very pleasant knowledgeable. I can see why no one moves out, they appear to have great customer service.

I don’t know what’s worse!: the facts that they tow & gives out parking tickets for their leisure OR the director that lives on the site thinking they’re police. Parking! Immobilized cars are parked (in guest parking) for months at a time, taking away from the residents. Instead of giving them tickets, they patrol the lot to ticket guests vehicles as soon as it’s 11:01 PM. Not to mention they tow for the slightest things (even residents). Don’t even try to reach out to the office because they’ll take weeks to get back to you.

My husband myself & our 1 year old moved in, in August & we love it!!! If there’s ever anything wrong the problem is solved quickly for example our microwave broke last night after maintenance already left & this morning right away they brought us a brand new one. Our daughter loves the playground & going to the pool & walks around the complex! I feel safe here & it’s the nicest place we’ve ever lived & we hope to be here for many years to come, the staff is very friendly especially Michelle who always seems to be very busy keeping this place running so wonderfully. I only gave 4 stars because we’ve had some issues with our trash not being picked up & we’ve caught the people on camera untying our bad multiple times & then giving us a write up saying we didn’t tie it 🤔 there is a group of young people who live upstairs facing the parking lot who are constantly sitting in the parking lot revving their engine, always working on their car leave the lights on facing my daughters window so we had to put up blackout shades. They sit on the balcony smoking marijuana & are yelling all throughout the day & night, I always know they are pulling up because their car is so loud. Other than those issues we love it here & look forward to raising our daughter here!!! :)
