My dog loves them and they provide him with the best care. My only complaint is some simple administrative issues that I know they are working on and will get right. I highly recommend them because they truly care about your pets. I especially appreciate their pet care insurance program which has saved us thousands! Happy little fur babies!

We rushed our 12.5 year old Golden to urgent care at Banfield. He had collapsed moments after being his usual playful self. No previous medical history. The vet tech, Tim immediately helped us haul our 80 pound Buddy from the car to the back and was an absolute God as we realized we weee at an end of life moment. His compassion and empathy helped us get through one of the toughest days of our lives. Thank you, Tim. We will never forget your kindness and support.

Our puppy was very happy being there. Even though we had to wait more than normal, around 2 hours to take us in( because they had an emergency) they did their best to make our waiting time comfortable. They informed us about the emergency, about our puppy’s behavior and well being and offered us drinks. When we got him back he was full of energy, even though he had 2 vaccines and a microchip done. He slept so well all night and next day he was as normal and happy as usually. We will definitely come back. Thank you guys for taking such a good care for Chico 😊

This Banfield is the worst. You can never get them on the phone, always have to wait on hold when you do and on the rare occasion get through you can’t get an appointment for weeks/months, and the staff are horrible. I suggest avoiding Dr. Steck and assistant Claire. They both would interrupt me during my questions about my pet’s health and didn’t listen to my concerns about the treatment plan. I later went home and researched other options for my pet - the one they suggest has the worst life outcomes for a pet. But they clearly didn’t care anyways, just wanted to sell as much medication as possible and were only interested in listening to themselves talk. The only reason I still go to this clinic is the wellness plans, but I will making sure those don’t renew and taking my pets elsewhere.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 4, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
