You will also need to put into consideration the time it will take you to build your shed and make sure it’s level when you finish. All our buildings are engineer certified and crafted by building experts. We also deliver our building for free if you are located 30 miles near any old hickory sheds dealer. Option 1: You can pay for the shed in cash Option 2: You can do a 90 day same as cash buyout (pay the shed off in 90 days) Option 3: You can do a rent to own with either a 36 or 48 month lease. Your shed can be anywhere from 8x8 all the way up to 16x40 That being said, you will want to take a measurement of the area you plan to place the shed, OR have one of us come out on a Site check to do the measurements for you. (must be relatively close to dealer) You will also want to leave about a foot and a half of room between your house and or fence if this applies to you. When this stage is completed, We (upon delivery) place and level the building out accordingly. either on concrete blocks or wood shims.
