Terrrible service as all body shops say the delays are everyone elses fault. The main mnage was dishonest in requesting parts when he claimed. Claimed he couldnt get a rim i was was ble to get rim outside of his vendor in 1 week. Dont reommend this particular shop to anyone . My vehicle reassemby was subbed out to a lesser shop. Not a fan of this shop this name was recommended by many because of reputation.

I had door damaged on my Subaru. Kniesel's did an excellent job. It's difficult to tell I had damage to my vehicle. The paint color matched the original color of my car. Kniesel's personnel, Dustin is very personable. He's easy to communicate with. My car was still repaired pretty fast although it was about a week more than the original estimated date due due a part not arriving as promised. However, Kniesel's diligent search found the part needed.

If i could give more then 5 stars i would! I did not like the idea of having to replace the bumper as a whole seeing to my knowledge all the parts on my car are original. Jace assured me they would do the best to repair it without having to replace it. They did just that! My bumper looks amazing. Paint job is perfect!Kniesel's Collision exceeded my expectations! Everyone is super nice and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

Kniesels’ is a company to count on! They kept me in the know on what was repaired , when the car would be finished, my rental car was delivered to Kniesel’s & picked up after I drove it to pick up my own car. Yes. You can choose Kniesel’s regardless of whether it is on your insurance provider’s preferred list. Just drop your vehicle off at Kniesel’s and notify your insurance company. We work with all insurance carriers and can help facilitate communications with your provider.
No. After the repair work is complete, you pay us only your insurance deductible (if you have one). If you have already received a payment from the insurance company, we will work with you to determine what needs to be paid to Kniesel’s.
