I would give this place a solid 4.5 stars. My Tesla model Y needed repairs after being rear ended, and Kniesels is a Tesla approved body shop. At first, I was worried about my choice because for the first two weeks after dropping my car off, I didn't hear anything from the shop. I was concerned that they just "forgot" about my vehicle. But in fact, they had already evaluated my vehicle and ordered the parts. That was a relief, I just wish someone had told me about that earlier. Once repairs were underway, they kept me updated one to two times a week. Anytime I called into the shop, I was greeted with courtesy and my questions were answered. Never had an unpleasant interaction with the staff. The repair took 2 months to complete, but that is the nature of owning a Tesla. At the end of the process, my Tesla looked like new. I didn't see any residual blemishes or evidence of bad workmanship. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work, but hopefully I don't need it! I'm not sure how pricing or repair times compare with other shops. If you do take your vehicle here, just be patient and it is likely you will get a satisfactory result.
