They replaced the bumper on my car via insurance after an accident and now there’s pry marks on my car where they apparently pried the old bumper off, and the new bumper is not even pushed in all the way and there’s gaps between the bumper and body. For $1172 you’d think they would at least install the bumper correctly.

Shittty paint jobs , they didn’t fix my door panel as it was listed on the paper, and charge me for it , I paid $1900 for a bad paint job, and door panel wasn’t fix that was the extra $500 and I’m sure paint job wasn’t that much but they over charge me , I’m looking into it because I have it all on paper , hopefully my lawyer Wel take action with this , bad service would never recommend anyone going there at all …. I have no words to say about this place , words can’t explain , they are rip off and etc ….

The guy didn't even have a paper in a hand was trying to estimate my car $1,100 he was trying to downgrade me well this is an older car customer service was really really rude I will never go to that maaco again go to the one on Arden Way a lot better and they actually look at your car with paper in hand not just guesstimating

Called made an appointment for an oil change. I asked twice to make sure they do oil changes they said yes both times. Got the email confirmation for appointment. when I got there was told they don't oil changes indian guy was very rude.
