Does the shop receive payment from my insurance company, or do I pay for repairs?

They kept me in the know on what was repaired , when the car would be finished, my rental car was delivered to Kniesel’s & picked up after I drove it to pick up my own car. Kniesel’s Collision will work with your insurance company for payment. You are only responsible for the deductible (if you have one) and/or any betterment, if applicable.
