Randy was super nice and helpful! Great price even with the unexpected $14 a month for mandatory insurance. He made the process so smooth and easy making everything in the contract easy to understand. Clean storage facility with easy access and you don’t have to worry about upstairs units. Very rude employee. The "manager" stopped by our storage unit to harass my brother who is organizing and cleaning out items from our storage unit we have had for 20yrs , she said it is pickup and drop off only . We'll hello sometimes people need to go through there items to remove and it may take time to do so, but to harass someone and tell them to leave is entirely unprofessional and rude . He was not blocking anyone nor was he bothering anyone. We are in another state and he is the only one who can help us clean out this unit which takes more then 30min a day.

The facility it’s self is okay it seem safe and clean enough. Let’s face it, it is just for storing things. What gives this storage facility five stars is the staff. They were so helpful friendly kind funny and yet they were very efficient at their jobs so the experience was anything anyone would want from any interaction. And let me tell you that during the last couple years such joyful interactions we’re simply nowhere to be found. But somehow the friendly staff made my experience in renting a storage unit really fun and personable and it was quick also!

most of the cameras did not work when we bought the facility. So we had to cut the hours to 9am to 6pm every day. We also had a security guard for about 3 months. Now we have an infared security system in place at all openings between the building that will take pictures and call the police on anybody trying to gain access to the facility. One of our big problems is the existing customers know each other and pass their codes around. So when we have to lock out one person, another one lets them in. And yes the Owner does care. Thats why he has spent thousands of dollars on security. Since October of last year, night incursions has dropped to zero.
