I just had the most pleasant experience with Craig Smith at Santa Rosa RV. This was my second trailer purchase and my first Rockwood encounter. My friend Colleen and I went trailer shopping. Craig greeted us and showed us what the Rockwood is all about. WOW.....WOW.....WOW..... ROCKWOOD IS AMAZING !!!!!! Most people don't take me seriously that I was an all cash buyer. ***Side Note- Craig was very patient with me long before I mentioned that. Craig was a plethora of knowledge when it came to the product he sells. He really knows the Rockwood inside and out. I told him what I was looking for, that was a rig with a bunkhouse for my little guy. He suggested the 2911bs model. In fact, I drove all the way to Morgan Hill to another dealer on a Friday afternoon just to get inside a 2911bs model and get a feel for it. I was sold !!!! I drove back to Santa Rosa and told Craig, "Let's start paperwork" Craig and I started the paperwork for our custom order. He made the purchase so smooth and easy. He helped us dial the rig just the way we wanted it. We even added a free standing table instead of a nook per his suggestion. AND WE LOVE OUR FREE STANDING TABLE 😉 Every phone call I made, he answered. Every text I sent, he answered. His communication is exquisite. He was very patient with me. I can not thank him enough Luke did my walk through as was also very patient with me too. The trailer took 4 months to be built and shipped. It was well worth the wait.

SR RV was great. We'd been looking for a trailer for 5 years. After doing research and patiently waiting we finally found what we wanted. Jake was cool to work with and David was very thorough with the walk through and making sure we knew what we were doing before we left with the trailer. It was a fun experience.
