I go there in the dmv department. It's not a long wait, their very nice and it everything done in a timely manor. They are very nice.

While a difficult place to get to, it does provide typically good services. However, their customer service could be improved by either having their guest Wi-Fi actually be usable (doesn't allow one to sign-in) or NOT promoting the Wi-Fi everywhere customers wait to be called to a service window. Being told to use the Wi-Fi and then NOT having it usable causes bad feelings and annoyance.

Yes you can get passport pictures there. The customer service is fast. It is all by registration and posted on wall screens by type a service requested in order recieved making it easy to sit comfortably while you wait.
