Followup - Scott's advice over the phone got my laptop (which I thought was toast) up and running again! He was also able to recover most of the data from my partner's SD card. Would definitely recommend his services.

I needed help replacing a part in my PC that I wasn't comfortable doing myself, Scott's prices are great and turn around was fast. I should have gone to Scott first, if I have any other computer related issues I'm stopping to see Scott first.

Scott is incredible. He had speciality components on hand, was very prompt with answering the phone, and offered a great price. Great service! Spend local and get 5 star service with someone who cares about their work. I'll be going to Scott for all my future needs.

Scott did a wonderful job building a new gaming system for me - I could not be more pleased. From the carefully selected parts, to the timely communication about progress, and willingness to answer questions, everything has been fantastic. He even helped me get it to my car on pickup day ! If you want a good, professional computer person, Scott is that person.

Questions & Answers

how much do you charge an hour? or is it job by job? How much would you charge to move the components from one computer to the next

Yes It depends on the job, it can be per project or per hour based on if I am doing the work at my shop or at your location. If its a repair or a diagnostic (by hour) or if its hardware installation/replacement (per part) Check my website services each service is priced accordingly.

Hi I have a old dell pc and have some virus on it. I was wondering do you guys wipe clean the computer like brand new or complete wiped of anything and how much would it cost. Also how much would it cost to install a new video card for games?

Yes wiping a dell clean is called a factory install. I charge $150.00 flat rate for that, it includes all windows updates and drivers that are currently released. I also offer a work guarantee.
