Yes It depends on the job, it can be per project or per hour based on if I am doing the work at my shop or at your location. If its a repair or a diagnostic (by hour) or if its hardware installation/replacement (per part) Check my website services each service is priced accordingly.
Yes wiping a dell clean is called a factory install. I charge $150.00 flat rate for that, it includes all windows updates and drivers that are currently released. I also offer a work guarantee.
