I Lived in the Barclay Hotel between 1990 for 6 months i Liked it 300,00 amonth no one bother me worked for. Bullocks dept. Store in Century City liked it my bathroom was inside they gave me big refrigerator no charge would stay there again it was hot no air conditioning but it was ok cause i loved L. A.

The removal of the laundy room really put a damper to this place, owner says he will replace the appliances but it's been over three months and lugging my laundry through town just to be washed is rediculous. We're permanent residents and management should provide and replace the appliances.

I had stayed here once with a friend who was stranded because her car got towed. There's an eerie feel to this place the moment you walk in. But there's so much room for potential if under different management. The room we got was semi decent, they must not have changed the furniture since the 60's! It's an interesting experience but not one I'd be inclined to do if given the opportunity. The guy at the front desk was a big help, so that's why I gave 3 ⭐️'s.

Sorry, no monthly rentals only by the day ir wk if available. Rooms are furnished with the basic essentials only. No TV, no phone and no microwaves. Double rooms are rare but they do exist here but rarely rented out. Sorry no kitchenettes anywhere in this building. I hope this was helpful. One more important thing restrooms are optional.
No reservations are made you have to arrive and rent it immediately. They rent at $ 55 and more depends on the size of the room and whether you want your own bathroom or not. The rooms do not have television or telephones but it does have a refrigerator.
