My husband had a biopsy surgery a year ago we just got the bill, getting ahold of the billing office is a joke. This hospital has been the worse and the most unfriendly. Apparently I’m not the only one getting my bill a period of time later. Go somewhere else.

I would give this place a zero if I could. They act like their service is a 100 out of 10 by the way they charge but offer a 0.5 out of 10 on service. Their employees are completely inconsiderate and don’t care for their patients. They snapchat their patients, they treat them poorly, they name call, and so many things I could go on about. Do not go here.

There is a common waiting room. But AFAIK typically there are not private rooms for outpatient procedures.

No. It's just hospital and it belongs to Intermountain Healthcare brand now.
They will allow one person to stay on the general med surg floors, but there are no accommodations in the ICU, small rooms and tons of equipment with critical patient care being the focus..
go to the department that is called "medical records" with proof that you have the right to receive the information, the bad thing is that so much has happened to the best there is not much they will have to give you. luck
