if you don't have a reasonable way to get health insurance then save up and shop around, out of hospital surgical centers will be significantly more affordable typically, but maybe the hospital might match a good price if you find one.
I have no experience bout that situation. You can come, register and let them know that you have no insurance nd let see what they can help.
