The people themselves, for the most part are friendly. All the training I got was inadequate, every class had system issues that made it impossible to practice what we were taught. There was never enough time to read all the material. Once we started working from home, they kept sending us policies that we had to accept and sign and we were never allowed to dispute the policies. You have to buy equipment that you needed and were required to pay for it on your own dime. We started with a great bonus program and that ended and we were required to me the same standards as the top scores in quality. Things just got more and more difficult. Plus they started deducted pay for after call work.
