I have been donating at this center for many years and I have always been greeted with smiling happy faces. Some of my favorite phlebotomist are Trevor, Maren and Paloma.

They Lie about reimbursement! I joined in July they had an awesome promotion promising $1100! I was donating and everything was fine. At some point their lab was backed up and so I had to wait. When I finally went back instead of receiving the promotional amount they said their corporate office sent out an email or text saying they would not honor the promotion. I never received any notification. I called corporate and they said they were “looking into it” I then received a call from the center two days later saying they posted something on their website. They would not honor the amount they promised. Also, I was on my phone when I called the North Temple center and had to switch apps so I could write the number to corporate down and I could hear the girl talking about me on the other line so not only does this company lie they also talk about you behind your back! Update: After calling and asking to speak to a representative from the corporate office I swiftly received a call back from the local branch. They again explained that it was all. Corporate and that corporate had lied and that their hands were tied and they couldn’t do anything…. No apology for talking about me behind my back mind you….I then called back again to ask that a corporate representative actually call me back as I requested a callback from corporate and not the local center. The representative who took my call was somehow able to tell me that it was up to each local center and not up to corporate. So who am I to believe?

As long as everything on there is current, like address. And you need proof of ssn.
Along with a state issued photo I.D. there shouldn't be a problem
But if you park further away or Ride UTA they will give you an extra $10
No just a foyer that people wait for check-in and then they are in a different room than the waiting area. Typically people leave through the back as well, so those waiting in the foyer don't see who has finished.
Grifols Biomat https://booknow.appointment-plus.com/83hesd5k/reappointment Access your prepaid Wirecard information and balance: Wirecard https://www.login.wirecard.com/index.html
Twice I think maybe more i believe its a few days in-between so by the end of the month its like 8 to 10 times
Call to Utah Power & Light ask them to send you information. Voila!
They are soooo nice there! Just go!
1-4th time goes :$50,55,60,65.
They have a graduated pay scale. For a first time donor you get $50, then $55, $60, and $65. After that it goes down to an initial $25 and increases by $5 each time you donate until the end of the calendar month when the pay resets. Also, they do a UTA bonus so if you ride the train or bus and show the ticket you get an extra $10.
You need to bring drivers licence, social security card, current utility bill, or other proof of current residence. First time plan on about 2-2 1/2 hours. Each additional time plan on about an hour to an hour and a half.
You can, but it helps them out a ton if you schedule in advance. And sometimes they won't have an open appointment for you.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your card Jeff. We no longer use cash at the center due to safety and convenience as a company. You can also wire your card to your bank account for FREE transfers instead of using ATM’s (which almost always have fees). Log on to the website on the back of your card and there is a lot of Information on the site as to how to easily withdraw your money.
Friday, you can donate no more than 2 times in any 7 day period.
Plasma is Plasma no matter what language is spoken... NOT accommodating and denying anyone for a language barrier would be DISCRIMINATION!!! If that is the case get a lawyer and be sure to tell them how embarrassed you were and how it made you feel less of a person. That's pain and suffering and you may develop PTSD because of It. If you want, you could even speak with a news reporter to make sure others find out of their level of discrimination. This is a huge city with all kinds of people from all over the world. The company makes huge profits off plasma, it's big bucks from pharmaceuticals. That being said, there is NO REASON ON THIS PLANET to discriminate on the basis of language. Biomat CAN get information and videos in many languages but it's cheaper to turn someone away and NOT ALLOW THEM ACCESS! They are deliberatley choosing to violate the law
You do not donate blood here. Only blood plasma. But you do get paid to do so.
we are open on Labor Day just shorter hours. We will post those hours throughout the center when it gets closer to that date.
