Technician called after scheduled window and asked if I was still available to have them come through. I told them I was no longer available and they agreed to reschedule. Later I received a notification that the technician submitted my appointment as completed but never showed up.

I used Orkin previously when I owned a home, so when I started seeing spiders and other creepy crawlies, I called them. As expected, they were courteous, professional, responsive, and on time. Time will tell if it works, but from this first experience, I am confident that I made the right choice.

Every time it is a new technician and the notes from the previous visit are incomplete so you have to show/remind the technicians about what needs to be done. Can't imagine what they would do if we were not home. Also, we were misled into believing that the package we subscribed to included mosquito treatment; turns out it doesn't. İt is another $65/month! And the treatment delivered was very slapdash. Wouldn't recommend Orkin.
