I toured this community with my mother in law. We were searching for assisted living for my father in law. We absolutely enjoyed our tour. Staff as friendly as can be. Executive Director and marketing team truly knowledgeable. Nursing team engaging and caring. This community was beautiful and clean.

Recently, Arbor Terrace in Greenbelt hosted a birthday celebration for our mother that was enjoyed by everyone, especially our mother. Denise, the event manager, her staff and Chef Xavier did a phenomenal job of arranging everything and insuring that Mom was treated like a queen. All of the guests at the party were amazed at how they were treated and the elegance of the facility. Arbor Terrace in Greenbelt has been a blessing to our family for many years! Our mother is there now because of the wonderful previous experience we had when our father was a resident there. Even though there have been changes in personnel, our mother is experiencing the same caring, professional staff and welcoming environment.

I would not even send my dog to this place. It is not a safe or caring environment. I've seen them treat their staff like dirt. Glad I got my mom out of that terrible place! New Post 10-1-21 Number on Review to speak to Owner was Arbor Terrace Facility’s number in Lanham, so I called and left several messages for the owner to call me back leaving my cell phone number. Rita (Director) emailed my brother to ask why I am calling Arbor Terrace - which means that they have not passed the message on to the owner. They are blocking me because they do not want the owner to know what I have to say. If you value your loved one, PLEASE do not put them in Arbor Terrace in Lanham. Maybe when the State and County gets involved - maybe then - the owner will call me. Also, still waiting to get my mom’s stuff which was promised to be mailed a few days after she left.
