I was in this store last week at night 7 pm The costumer service was so bad , like She didn't care for the costumers or she didn't want to sell anything. The person working that evening not even welcomed us Or asked us what we need. Very poor customer service.

The lady working the counter in this location on 8/11/22 lied about having certain sizes when I called. I asked what other sizes they had in that specific boot which was 5635 and she said sir I’m busy with a customer, then hung up on me. Not knowing I just arrived in the parking lot. I could see the door of the store as this happened, I walked in and there was nobody in the store, and she had her purse in her hand about to close up. I asked about the same boot and size and she just happened to find it. There was another gentleman that came in behind me complaining she did the exact same thing to him.. I had to have these by tomorrow or I wouldn’t have bothered buying from this location, this is unacceptable and I will not waste more money in this store again!!
