I love going to the Danville Drive In. I travel 80 miles one way total 160 miles a night. And no problem going there several times during the summer. I recommend it's 2 movies for $8.00 each person you can't beat that.

This was my very first experience at a drive in. Was absolutely perfect. Great food. Plenty of room to park, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great movies also. Picture quality was exceptional for it being at a drive in. The only shame is they are closing in a month

I was told they only got one michelin star for their chilean sea bass so i only get the chicken nuggets, pizza or cheese burger with fries when i hit up the snack bar before the movie....

They normaaly have police dogs that go through your car and search for outside food and drinks.. but if you pack it in a cooler with coffee you might get in. Oh wait thats the Mexican border....never mind.

Movies start at dusk throughout their entire season. In the spring and fall that is around 8. In July, movies start after 9, sometimes closer to 10 . it has to be dark to see the movies.
Weekends definitely are. Weekdays are kind of touch and go. Check our facebook page if theres a chance of cancellation.
