so i returned the movies I rented for the kids to the library..before I left i checked the website it showed me they was closed so i dropped it in the drop box...so i called to leave a voicemail but the staff answered the phone got really rude with me in front of my kid..that was unnecessary

We take used books and if in decent condition and something we do not have, we will add it to our collection. If it's damaged, wet, dirty, or in really poor condition we do not accept it. And if it's in good condition and we already have it, we put it our book sale.
