If it was possible for a Zero Rating, Lash would get juat that foe the Oxtails. I didn't eat all day wanted Oxtail, so I decided to order with delivery. I ordered a Large Oxtail Dinner from Lash, received it and it was hard as heck, anyone who eats Oxtail knows it is tough and must be cooked for hours, most likely 4 hrs to be tender. Anything shy of that it is raw. This is the 2nd Oxtail order from there and the same thing happened. I contacted the store and the young lady took my name and was unable to tell.me.the process in which I could expect the next steps to be and she was unaware, but stated that she will give them my name and hopefully mgmt would call me back. Never ordering from here again or will refer anyone.

What I usually do is called ahead of time and order what I want , then pick it up after , you will save a lot of time by doing that ,or else you will be waiting for a long time .

Only 2 customers inside at a time because it's a small space and there are dividers between the person taking orders and the customer and have sanitizer is available
