Yes their are two fabric stores save-a- thon do sell felt and everything u ask for and much more, in on fordham rd third store off Jerome Avenue. Second store do sell some off the items u like. That is on Jerome Avenue itself right next to the eyeglasses store. Good luck on your search.
Yes open at 10 am
The last time I was in there, there were a few small pieces. It is better to either call them directly or just go into the store. It has 2 levels. The leather pieces I saw was on the lower level.
