Had a pleasant stay. Our room was available so they let us check in early. Room is decent and has everything you would expect. Ours had a nice view. They were also very quick with requests. Would like to commend Allen from front desk. Haha! I had some trouble with my card but he was very chill and handled it flawlessly.

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting LA, we absolutely loved our visit!! Beautiful historic hotel in a great area. What stuck out to us was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff - CJ was super helpful and kind checking us in and answering all of our questions making us feel super welcome. We also had a situation where another guest was smoking on our floor and we could smell it in our room - within minutes of us calling the front desk we heard the manager knocking on doors trying to locate the source, and the smell dissipated within an hour. I’ve stayed at other hotels where the staff will just shrug their shoulders and do nothing so we really appreciate them taking initiative and taking care of it right away!! The rooms themselves are great, very clean, and again lots of historic charm. AC worked great and bed/pillows were super comfy. Lots of food options (including Cassel’s connected to the hotel) and easy access to highways nearby. 24/7 valet parking gave us peace of mind parking our rental car overnight. Overall we had such an amazing stay and we’re very thankful to the staff for making our visit a memorable one. We won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Nice clean hotel, very retro when I visited with dark wood stair cases and flooring can certainly tell it’s a conversion! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly especially the two concierges really funny and friendly every morning when I left 🙌🏻👍🏻 I’d say the only downside was the breakfast was very basic apart from that not a bad location! Many Korean restaurants locally and easy to get around

Have really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent, excellent service, great retro decor and a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. We have not yet availed ourselves of the wine service but have really enjoyed it. Great view, but most of all great service.
