Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection and there was plenty of seating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms needed updating. There were no USB ports for charging and the bathrooms were dated. Only one elevator was working so wait times were long. We enjoyed our stay and offer only praise for the staff working at the hotel.

Positive: The desk staff person was nice and professional. Negative: Only one elevator worked. The lighting either did not work or was just too dim, especially in the bathroom. The room and bathroom was situated for only one occupant. The breakfast and utensils varied daily and hourly; the staff put away the food early.

The hotel was very clean, beds were very comfy, breakfast was hot with a great variety, quiet area and the Staff was AMAZING! Very attentive and accomodating. Definite recommend!

I would give 5 * but it is May and the heat is still set for the building. Hot and uncomfortable in lobby area in am when sun is steaming in adding more heat. The breakfast buffet was very good and bountiful choices. Charlie and Zavier were the most professional and friendliest of Hyatt staff. They were engaging and genuine. Thanks.

Not quite sure on the age limit but i know you can get one if you are at least 18 and older
Have to say the same it was comfortable, i hate cold water and i enjoyed the pool.
