The postal carrier delivered this package behind the wheel of our car in the driveway! Good thing we saw it before we backed the car out! The carrier never rang our doorbell either. We have a front door where it should have been left. My regular mailman Dwayne would never do this.

Receive wrong mail, not receiving your own mail, all you can name, they constantly mess up their basic job. And I suspect the mailman is stealing valuable mails including your insurance card, parking permit, etc, since useless ads got delivered but non of the important mail gets delivered and all ended up missing.

I dont believe there is one. I have never been able to call a P.O. directly.
I think your best bet would be to call the Post Office and ask them if you need to go there to pick up the mail or just let them know ahead of time that your mailbox now is free and clear and your post person can now access it to deliver your mail I hope this helps you
