I love this place when I first got here I was welcomed by a very nice crew and office staff I hope to live many years here.

The management does nothing if you are unlucky enough to get noisy neighbours. At least they make it incredibly easy for them to get away with it.

**EDIT: They’ve recently restaffed the office and it’s like night and day, they actually answer the phones and have been much more helpful in all aspects!** I've lived here for almost 3 years now, honestly I would've lost my mind if the superintendent Tim wasn't there. The property is beautiful, neighbors are always nice and welcoming and overall a great location to live. I have had issues with the property manager as well as the office staff. They truly can't be bothered, they never answer the phones and rarely take care of issues unless I also bring them up to Tim. There's a reason 90% of these reviews specifically mention him. He really keeps them afloat.

Ive lived here several years now. The only reason I stay is because it is fairly quiet and people are nice (for the most part). But beware, no one ever answers the phone at the office. You are lucky if the door is actually unlocked for you to get in. The new maintenance they hired after old one left, is terrible. How in the world is everyone saying they are so great. They are nice yes but possibly know nothing about what should be done. Prior to them, the fellows in maintenance, would be outside all hours of the night and overnight plowing and shoveling in snow storms so that you were not trapped and could get out early in the morning. These people are sad and there should be a law suit raised against this place. people paying $1700 or more and being told they will not plow or shovel until its over, and trust me, they do not. Many people in this complex have health issues and are older and many disabled yet, they are trapped. God forbid there is a medical emergency. There should be a class action suit here for the amount of money being paid which includes snow removal and salting. by salting they mean, throwing a cup of salt in an area that looks wet. They leave sheets of ice and never clear the ice or snow by the dumpsters. You can lite5rally fall and kill yourself near that area. They also only worry about making the front of the buildings that face the roads look 1/2 way decent nothing else. Numerous other problems in these dwellings. They need a new staff in the office and the maintenance

Yea but not that many machines in the rooms
I believe you need to be a resident to use their online portal. Best bet is to call the office. Leave a message and someone usually gets back quickly. You can always stop in too. Someone is nearly always there to help during business hours
The landlord told me that I cannot break my lease unless I am going into a nursing home
