I’ve been here for about a year now. I’ve been trying to get into my online account so I can pay my rent and still until this day I’m getting the run around they charge me extra $400 for idk what . My oven doesn’t work , I put in work order it’s just horrible

Bad nasty noisey downstairs neighbors from hell ,these are bad apartments the worse apartments i have ever lived in .you know when you are in a bad neighborhood when you see alot of cops i dont recommend this place to anybody thats decent and wants to live in a peaceful communuty.theirs to many bad kids and big time drug dealers.

Lived here for 21 years. Noise is horrible. No one enforces rules. Crime is common. Get renters insurance because no one is required to get it- 1/3 of our building burned down 7 years ago. If some criminal decides to torch your building, you'll be left with nothing. My kid was robbed by a drug addict in the laundry room, where Fairfield didn't properly maintain the security cameras. There is NO security at all. No gate. People steal packages & break into cars daily. Things are fixed at a snail's pace. Oh and forget about getting your deposit back as required by law. The company cares about nothing but profits. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
