The rudest manager and staff ever! My family and I went in there and management was so rude, they have an "automated response like attitude" everytime you call or talk to them, when asked what they have available "we wont know until a later time" "we dont have anything right now" "sorry what else can we do" "we wont know until anything comes available" all they care about is that they are staffed for the year and can go to their own homes and be comfortable and its obvious by the "automated response" you get when you call or talk to them!!

If I could do a zero star rating I would. I have contacted the manager of this complex, which she also owns Armour Landings, each time I’ve called I am told to always call back on the 2nd of the month so eventually I stopped. My mother actually went by one of the properties and rang the doorbell for assistance to see if there was availability. Now with this there was no closed signs as my mother went around 3pm, as the office should have been open around this time on a Thursday, stood there and an Google voice answered asking how to assist which was unhelpful. The owner came to the door and said “Oh my gosh what do you want ? I am dying and I have COVID” No signs on the door indicting this office is closed due to COVID-19, no indications what so ever that it was closed and the owner did not have a mask on trying to spread her sickness. I would never recommend anyone to contact or even live there because clearly this lady is nasty and has ill intentions. Happy I found living else where and dodged a bullet.
