I am so grateful for Teen Challenge. I was a slave to sin and enslaved in drugs,alcohol,and worldly desires.As a result I was left empty and with no desire to live anymore. Teen Challenge was the vessel God used to restore Hope. I found the love of Christ and my New Identity in HIM. I was completely healed and restored. I have been DELIVERED and SET FREE! I thank the Lord everyday for my place of hopelessness which led me to HIM through this CHRIST centered program! 2 Corinthians 5:17💓

Teen challenge gave me haunting nightmares and ptsd that is still hyper present in my day to day. I went ti the lakeland tc that was recently shut down for child neglect. Please don’t do this to your kids. Please. If your children are acting out pull three closer - don’t send them away. This is a religious cult that does not care about the long term mental health issues it will inflict on your child decades after leaving. Look up ANY teen challenge in the US and read the reviews from children who have left the program at least 2 years and see what they write about. It’s so sad. Don’t damage your kids further. Please feel free to reach out to me personally on any of my socials and i will be happy to speak with anyone that would like to hear more about my story and what i went through. 2 of my friends have taken their life to suicide that went to tc with me. Teen challenge may not be the full reason for overdoses and suicide in adolescence but it sure is a foundation of trauma that most don’t know how to cope with. It’s a lot. Please seek out other opinions and do your own thorough research.
