I called because of a legal notice , I received were CTC was representing a co defendant..instead of assisting when I asked if they could possibly represent me as well they told me in an arrogant fashion "We're CTC corporation,we don't just help anybody" that turned me off , I hung up.

Talk to your postal carrier CTC!!! The majority of the certified mail either never arrives at your office or takes 8 to 17 days to arrive from my Glendale, CA office just 15 miles away. This has occurred regularly for over a year. Its not your "fault" but it is your responsibility to correct anything which is failing your clients.

CT Corporation helped my company create two new LLCs in Delaware. They were helpful, prompt and got it done in 1 business day. I usually like one point of contact at a company to discuss my service with, however each person I spoke with expertly helped me file the paperwork quickly and with the most protections for my company. I am glad I called them for the LLC formations and would use them again for future companies.

Since they are not a law firm they are not allowed to give legal advice nor are they allowed to look up to see if they are registered agents for a particular company
Yes you can have the papers served via first class mail postage prepaid & return receipt requested as per California Code of Civil Procedure section 415.30. The court clerk will even do the mailing for you for a small fee. Form FW003 off the california court forms website is for a fee waiver. Fill it out and turn it in with your other papers for filing and you won't have to pay anything. Good luck I too am in process of suing both Tyson Foods Inc and Wal-Mart Stores Inc
Hi I just checked the secretary of state's website and there is no name for that listed. Please check the name again. Thanks Jeff Levine Ace Small Claims Service
No, no code. CT corp is a corporation of attorneys that work on behalf of large corporations and companies. Runners usually take wage garnishments, divorce papers etc. To be served.
Check with Secretary of State webpage
Yes, they are the agent for service for Ally Bank.
You would have to check that on your Secretary of State website. The Google search is entity search, and then the name of your state
CT Corp is the agent for multiple Pepsi companies, however make sure to serve the proper entity, and have the name listed as one of these titles. PEPSI-COLA ADVERTISING AND MARKETING, INC. PEPSI-COLA MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, INC. PEPSI-COLA SALES AND DISTRIBUTION, INC. PEPSI-COLA TECHNICAL OPERATIONS, INC.
Short answer yes, long answer, you will have to adjust your documents if you named them as such. CT Corp only accepts documents for the proper titled entity. "Mallinkrodt" is actually Mallinckrodt, and is listed under several names. Pick the right one listed below before attempting to serve. MALLINCKRODT ARD INC. MALLINCKRODT ENTERPRISES HOLDINGS, INC. MALLINCKRODT EQUINOX FINANCE INC. MALLINCKRODT HOSPITAL PRODUCTS INC. MALLINCKRODT U.S. HOLDINGS, INC.
Google "entity search" with your state name. You will find the registered agent in your state
